The object of this Association shall be to pursue, support and preserve the enjoyment of the Dillon Cove community and work together to address the common issues and interests which arise.
The initiation fee is a one time fee for new members to pay for the costs of setting up the Association. There are other costs to cover including registration fees to government agencies, directors and officers liability insurance, accounting and legal fees.
There are also costs to set up the website and to join FOCA – The Federation of Cottagers Association.
We are still in the early stage of setting up the association, and we will need enough funds to cover all initial set up costs plus the first year operating costs.
Our membership year runs from April 1 through March 31s each year.
